1)Customers
INTIMATELINE LTD, through its e-commerce platform https://intimateline.net</span > , is aimed exclusively at professional customers. The customer ensures that the purchase is made for exclusively professional purposes, i.e. related to his/her work activity.
2)Responsibility
INTIMATELINE LTD is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, resulting from delayed or non-delivery of the product, from any inaccuracies in the product descriptions reported on the site https://intimateline.net or in the documentation in general. Furthermore, INTIMATELINE LTD is not responsible for any other fact not directly attributable.
3)Orders
Orders will be considered valid only if transmitted via the Internet directly to the site or in written form via e-mail and accepted by the commercial management. It will also be possible to receive orders by telephone but, in this case, INTIMATELINE LTD will not be responsible for any inaccuracies regarding the order itself.
4)Prices
The prices published on the site https://intimateline.net are expressed in Euros ( €), are intended per package and do not include VAT (the VAT will be highlighted in the appropriate personalized cart and at the time of order confirmation). As regards the packages, where no quantity appears, it means a one-piece package. Prices do not include shipping costs unless otherwise agreed between the parties or concessions by INTIMATELINE LTD. The prices are to be considered valid at the time of the order and for products in stock but are not to be considered binding for INTIMATELINE LTD which will have the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion and/or to agree on the variation of the prices themselves .
5)Price lists
Access to the price lists published on the site https://intimateline.net is subject to to the registration procedure which involves filling out the appropriate online form and sending an updated Chamber of Commerce certificate via email, with a date no earlier than 6 months from the time of sending. INTIMATELINE LTD reserves the right to remove access to reseller price lists at any time and at its sole discretion.
6)Discounts
INTIMATELINE LTD will assign resellers a discount based on the annual purchase volume. Any subsequent discounts or favorable conditions will be considered valid only if agreed in writing.
7)Online transactions
INTIMATELINE LTD customers who are already registered, in possession of the appropriate password and who have stipulated specific agreements in this regard with INTIMATELINE LTD, will be able to make online purchases by forwarding orders sent through the site https://shop .intimateline.net
8)Delivery times
INTIMATELINE LTD undertakes to promptly deliver the material ordered, based on availability and previous orders. The goods travel on behalf of the recipient, therefore INTIMATELINE LTD is in no way responsible for the delivery time of the couriers to whom the shipment is entrusted.
9)Shipping
Shipping, unless otherwise agreed in writing, will be made with couriers affiliated with INTIMATELINE LTD. The goods travel at the risk of the recipient, therefore INTIMATELINE LTD is not responsible for any theft or loss by the courier even if the goods travel free of charge.
10)Risk and ownership
The goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are shipped carriage paid with a charge on the invoice. At the time of delivery, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the transport document and report any findings relating to shortages and/or non-conformities on the courier's documents. Such findings must be reported by fax to INTIMATELINE LTD within 24 hours. In the case of collection at the INTIMATELINE LTD warehouses, the check must be carried out immediately upon collection of the goods.
11)Payment
Payments relating to individual supplies must be made in accordance with the instructions on the sales document. In the event of late payment beyond the terms set out in the invoice, late payment interest will be charged in the amount equal to the legal interest increased by three points and the related expenses.
12)Invoices
Any complaints or disputes regarding invoices will be accepted provided that they reach the headquarters of INTIMATELINE LTD by registered letter, fax or e-mail within eight days from the date of receipt of the invoice itself.

The company that registered is obliged to comply with the utmost diligence in the use and custody of username, password and access codes and is therefore responsible for all consequences connected to any abusive use of the username, password or the access code.
The user is also responsible for the truthfulness of the information entered, assuming, from the moment the profile is validated, all civil and criminal liability deriving from any irregularities in the compilation of the data.
Username, password and access codes assigned or reserved to the User are strictly personal and are not transferable.
The owner of the Site, without prejudice to the limitations established by law, is in no case responsible for any damage that may arise to the User and/or third parties due to the improper use of username, password and access codes.</ p>

If third parties, even without the User's authorization, use the service, the User, by accepting these General Conditions, explicitly authorizes INTIMATELINE LTD to use their personal data protected by current legislation for the purposes necessary in order to protect the company and the user himself.
15)Place of delivery
The goods requested by the duly registered user will ALWAYS be delivered to the location indicated at the time of registration and not to other locations subsequently communicated.
